Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes. Additional delivery time may apply for rural areas.
Signature Required
Orders over $200 require adult signature upon delivery for security purposes. Someone 18+ must be available to sign.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may extend by 1-2 additional business days.
Special Delivery Instructions
- Leave packages at front door (if safe)
- Deliver to business address during business hours
- Hold at local carrier facility for pickup
- Deliver to authorized recipient

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using:

Tracking Updates
Tracking information updates every 24 hours. If you don't see movement for 48+ hours, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Shipping FAQs
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available for New York City customers on orders placed before 10:00 AM EST Monday-Friday. Additional fees apply.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Most carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After failed attempts, packages are held at the local facility for pickup or returned to us.
Can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available at our New York showroom by appointment. Contact us to arrange pickup after your order is ready.
