Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Shoes must be in original packaging/box
  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, odors, or damage
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return

Important Note

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. Items that show signs of wear or damage may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

How to Return Items

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Securely package your items in the original packaging. Include your return authorization number and original receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation that we've received your returned item
  • Inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet return conditions
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund the original payment method used for purchase

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size and color variations of the same product, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase
  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Specify the size/color you'd like to exchange for
  • We'll send the replacement item once we receive and approve your return

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Send a replacement item or process a full refund
  • Cover all return shipping costs

Please include photos of the defective or damaged item when contacting us.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed in USD and converted to your local currency by your bank.

Refund Timeline

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

Please contact your bank or credit card company if you don't see the refund after the expected timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized sneakers
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original tags or packaging
